These launch-ready product policies must be reviewed for the final operating entity and governing law before production billing is enabled.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time to stop renewal. A current period may be refunded within seven days only if its entire credit grant is unused, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Promo credits and chargebacks
Promo credits have no cash value. Refunds revoke the related unused credits. A chargeback may freeze the workspace while the balance and transaction are reviewed.
